Pricing questions
- What's the difference between Family and Family Plus?
- Only the number of TVs. Family covers one TV. Family Plus covers up to 10, and each kid's daily budget is shared across all of them.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- We'll remind you 3 days and 1 day before it ends. If you don't subscribe, TameTV stops applying limits on your TVs.
- How will I pay?
- Through Google Play, on the TV. You can cancel in Google Play at any time.
- What is the founder price?
- 20% off either plan, monthly or yearly, for people who confirm their email on the waitlist. You keep it for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Are these prices final?
- They're launch pricing: what we plan to charge when TameTV comes out. The founder price is 20% off whatever the price is at launch.
- What is the content filtering add-on?
- A later add-on for $4.99 a month: a safe YouTube mode on the TV that plays only the channels and playlists you approve. It isn't part of the first release.
